One of the neighbouring businesses had a 70% off clothing sale recently.

I noticed while I was slogging through some hard 400's, that most of the cars parked outside were luxury models.

It made me wonder, were these people well off because they only bought stuff on special?

Or was it simply a case of different things are valued differently by different people.

For some people, a car is just a means of getting from A to B, they can't even begin to fathom dropping 6 figures on a method of transportation, but they don't mind spending a fortune on twice yearly tropical holidays.

Others might have a huge mortgage on their dream home, yet cook Spaghetti Bolognese every second night.

And some of you spend a sizeable amount on your health - organic veggies, health supplements, regular massage, chiropractic care, and membership at a functional fitness gym, and don't bother with things like Sky TV, a fancy wardrobe, weekend alcohol, or the latest smartphone.

Everyone sacrifices in order to be able to afford what they value.
