Jules knew what was up.  Long days of killing drug dealers takes its toll.  It's important to have other interests.
We've talked a lot about the 'regularly learning and playing new sports' in the classic Fitness In 100 Words.
But, seeing how freaking hard and long the average New Zealander works, I think it's important to remind everyone of the importance of time out.
And yes, lying on the beach is awesome.  But you may not have realised how darn fit you are thanks to training here.
Your body thrives on physical challenge (also, cocktails taste much better after hard work).
