CrossFit ladies rocking the trail runs!

I recently had a mini rant on Facebook, giving a shout out to all our members who compete in stuff besides CrossFit.

In our first year or two of business we had a willing and able crew of people always keen for a crack at the King of the Mount, Stroke and Stride, Coastal Challenge etc.

But it seems that now The Open competition and summer in general somehow gets in the way.

Not this time.

Let's get involved this summer.  I can't wait to see how many of you sign up for The Open, it's MY sport and MY business, so it's natural that I'm pretty stoked about having you all experience it.  But I want to remind everyone to make the most of this awesome weather and the awesome events put on in this country.

This weekend, Krista and I have mountain biking and canyoning on the books.

......and bungy jumping maybe......she thinks I'm too chicken....and she might be right......
