Spring Challenge starts tomorrow…..

ben.....but you COULD just start today.....why wait??

 

Ooops I just ate that chocolate biscuit, I may as well eat the whole packet.....

I missed two workouts this week, it's obviously not going my way, so I may as well just flag the rest of the week.....

From Monday.....New Years Day.....the day after my birthday/graduation/work do/any day where I'm tempted to eat bad food..... I will be 100% strict with my nutrition....this time I promise......

Spring Challenge starts Saturday.  Have you been taking it easy, because you are planning to try harder from tomorrow?    Be careful, that attitude might betray you down the line.

Get your 'this is for life' hat on.  You're not doing an 8 week, short term, stop gap, detox, deprivation, starvation, treadmill flagellation challenge here.  It's a chance to remember what regular exercise, good food and great company feels like, and to take it beyond 8 weeks into the rest of your life.

Heats are starting from 7:45 at CFNZ and 8:15 at RCF09.  Whether you are doing the challenge, or just here for your normal Saturday class, get your name up on the whiteboard when you arrive, in the next available time slot, then get your photo, and start warming up.  The workout will take around 21-25mins.
