Sleep, you know it’s important…….

.....but don't just listen to me.  World Masters Champ Amanda Allen knows the value of a good nights sleep.  And even if you aren't wanting to CrossFit at an elite level, that shouldn't mean you can't LIVE at an elite level.....

The Spring Challengers are tracking their sleep this week, as part of an individual challenge.  There are plenty of apps out there that make it easy to see exactly how much sleep you're getting, and the quality of said sleep...... also... if you're like Krista, you can record all the weird things you say in your sleep and play them back for the mornings entertainment.
