Even for those who didn't enter with the intention of getting into the Industrial Athletic Invitational, we want you all to have a go, especially if it helps tempt you into giving it a proper go next year! You get to throw down all weekend with NZ's best CrossFitters. Be sure to at least get along to watch in July at the NZ Fitness Expo.

3 Cleans + 2 Front Squats + 1 Shoulder to Overhead
- workout starts with unloaded barbell, athlete may make as many attempts as they like within the 7mins.
20 Power Snatch 60/35kg
10 CTB Pullups
At 14:00mins, 7 minutes to complete:
80 Double unders
40 Wallballs 9/6kg to 10/9 foot target.
20 Box Jump Overs 60/50cm
Max reps Ring Muscle ups in remaining time
