Once you're done working out this morning, eat yourself a decent breakfast then head along to Les Mills in the CBD to watch all the teams from RCF09 and CFNZ competing in the Playoffs comp!  They will love to see some familiar faces in the crowd.

WORKOUT
10 Shoulder to Overhead 45/30kg
10 Pullup or SDHP
AMRAP in 4mins
Rest 4 minutes, then,

10 HSPU or Pushups
15 KB Swing
20 Double Unders
AMRAP in 6mins
Rest 6 minutes, then,

200m Run
20 Pushups or 10 Burpees
20 Situps
AMRAP in 8mins
