P1. 200m Sled Drag

During the sled drag, P2, does AMRAP of:

10 Burpee Step ups

10 Situps

10 DB Pushjerk

Then switch and repeat until you’ve completed 3 drags each.

PERFORMANCE

Find a heavy 3rep TGU on each arm, then;

20 DB Snatch  20/12.5kg

20 Single Arm OH Walking Lunges

400m Run

20 DB snatch

100m Single Arm Rack Walk

400m Run

20 DB Snatch

100m Waiters Walk

400m Run

20 DB Snatch

200m Suitcase Walk

400m Run
