purvaNutrition – always a mine field of a topic…  Judging by the thousands of diet books published each year, there is a lot of new information to be learned ……. or so we would think…..

The truth is, that there isn’t much more we need to know to take care of the majority of our nutrition needs.  And despite all the arguments and conflicting research, it’s important to remember that even the experts agree on the most important facts.

Eat veggies at most meals.
Include well treated sources of protein, no need to consume vast quantities though.
Good fats from olive and coconut oil, raw nuts, egg yolks, and avocado
Avoid processed carbs and added sugar.
Don’t think about anything else until that’s squared away!
