Anyone who tries to tell you they have a revolutionary new training system, group of exercises, or diet plan is possibly going to throw in a few shares of the Auckland Harbour Bridge as well.....
Many gyms and trainers find they constantly have to introduce new classes to keep their members interested, and paying memberships.
But all the movements we need to do have been invented, because they are all movements we have done for 10,000 years.
Sure we're always learning, and experimenting with better ways to deliver those movements, (like M3 and Capacity for example) from time to time, but they are all based around the same natural movement we have always done.
Same goes for food - sensible amounts of real food doesn't sell many diet books, but that's really all there is to it.
