Apparently it's some important old ladys birthday today, and so YOU get the day off!  Hope you're enjoying it.  Remember we just have a workout at 930am today.

A few cool things below to check off and remind you about.....

A huge congratulations to all of our May 30 Day Challengers!  Super clean paleo nutrition for them all month along with extra sleep, mobility and exercise, and we've been hearing some amazing stories of success.  They've all certainly learned some great recipes, if Friday nights celebratory pot luck was anything to go by.....

We're still tallying up the numbers but the best eaters, sleepers, squatters and activity'ers will have their names shouted from the heavens later this week.......and score some treats....

If you missed out on this challenge, don't despair,  we can hook you up on a 30 day challenge of your very own.  It's recommended you get a buddy or two to do it with you, the support is essential, but we can give you the tools, and extra back up at this end to ensure success.

For those who completed the challenge, but feel they have more to learn, or more progress to make, there are 5 spots available to work with Daz on some custom nutrition programming, fortnightly progress checks and ongoing support/accountability.   Get in touch if you're keen to get involved with that.

CrossFit NZ's 6th birthday Battle Royale comp is June 14th, all morning with lunch afterwards, get yourself entered.  Look out for the link to sign up on the members only Facebook page tomorrow.  We've got good numbers already, but we'd love to see you ALL there!  Remember, this is 1) in-house only, it's our party and we'll cry/invite who we want to, 2) a mixed ability team comp, with teams drawn from a hat on the day, and 3) going to be heaps of damn fun, so get your name down!
