How long have you been a member at Reebok CrossFit 09?
About four months I think
How did you end up walking through our doors for the first time? Was there a pivotal event that led you to us?
I moved up the road and Carla was nagging me to come in so of course I listened to her
Can you remember your first CrossFit experience? What was it like and how did you feel? Excited? Nervous?
I don't remember the WOD but I do remember the soreness the next day and the day after that
What are your favourite training shoes?
Nikes..and my pair of Reebok Sprints
What are you doing when you aren't CrossFitting?
Spending time with family and friends
What has been one of the biggest things in your life that has changed since starting CrossFit?
Having more energy and you become less worried about body weight and more focused on the amount of weight you're lifting.
What is your favourite CrossFit exercise and describe your perfect WOD?
I love cleans..Perfect WOD - anything that doesn't involve thrusters
What is your athletic background?
I don't really have one. I ran a lot and went to the gym 5-6 days a week.
Is there a Reebok CrossFit 09 member who inspires you?
Everyone of course - they're all so dedicated and positive
Greatest CrossFit accomplishment to date?
Rxing the Hero workout, Bull - it took me a while but I did it

EM, alternating x 7 sets, building
