How long have you been a member?

11 months.. almost a year!
How often do you train each week?
Usually 4 times
What is your most favourite movement?
It used to be deadlift but now I think it's the snatch.. I heard a description once that resonated with me.. The snatch is one of the laziest feeling movements because when you do it right it you have no idea how it got up there!
What movement would earn you a burpee?
Double unders
Favourite food?
Chocolate closely followed by asparagus
What is a your short term goal?
I have lots but maybe a 95kg back squat would be nice , oh and a MUSCLE UP... Before Stacey :)
And long term goal... 
To join comp club
What is the biggest improvement you have made in the last few months?
Going from being terrified to even get upside down to now being able to kick up onto the wall and having 5 handstand walking steps!
If there was a workout named after you what would it be?
Ascending ladder of deadlifts with a standard number of box jumps.. much like one of the open WODs last year!
