It’s more than the physical….

PAULTalking with Coach Dave recently about the fitness training in the military.

Turns out that while being fit is important, the training is not only about that.  It's used simply as a tool to access the mind.
In the military its not about how fit you are, most are more than fit enough.  Its about how quickly, and decisively you react when worked physically.....often to complete exhaustion and breaking point....  In basic training, the officers get to see what happens when under extreme stress.
Most of our workouts are NOT intended to challenge you like the military. But occasionally it's good to go there.  Just to see what you have.......
To look inside yourself and see what you can accomplish.  Our workouts are an opportunity to learn more about yourself, when faced with discomfort, fatigue, and failure.
And what you might learn is that you are capable of more than you've ever thought possible!
