As you guys might have seen there's a few more toys around the gym for us to use.  The yokes for strongman work, new squat racks in the new room plus the air bikes that everyone no doubt dreads when we program a calorie finisher.  But probably the most important new toy, if you want to call it that, is upstairs bolted on the back wall.  Some random bands with handles on them.  Their proper name is the Crossover Symmetry System.
It's ok if you forget the name it's not that important but what we do with them and why they're there is.  We want to injury-proof your shoulders - short and simple.  Improve range of motion, strengthen stabilizing muscles, prehab work and also rehabbing injuries.
A stronger, more stable shoulder girdle means what?  Well let's see - better pull ups, a better snatch position, a better jerk position, improved overhead squat, turkish get-up, handstands, overhead presses...the list goes on.
We want to look after you guys and your shoulders, this will help.
