May Challengers, you did it!

30 days of 100% real food.

30 days of squat mobility.

30 days of good sleep.

And 30 days of daily activity.

Ok, I'm sure you missed a day here and there, but even 90% adherence will have brought massive changes in how you feel, how you view food, exercise, and wellbeing, and how you intend to go forward over the next 30 days and beyond.....because you weren't planning on giving up were you????

I hope not, the idea was that even if you aren't going to be 100% strict (that is unrealistic for most people), that this challenge will have created a reset, and taken you to another level of health and performance going forward.

Tonight (or tomorrow morning if you decide to wait till then), think twice about any crazy binging.  Especially if you had any major food intolerances.  Try just adding the suspect food back without any other changes, so that you can be sure of what was causing the problem.

I hope to see lots of you at CFNZ Friday night for our Paleo Potluck.  My tastebuds are keen to see what kind of recipes you have discovered over the last month..... :)

And are you planning on entering CFNZ's Battle Royale 6?  You should, no one else is being invited!!
