The 2015 CrossFit Games season kicks off this afternoon, with the announcement of the first Open workout 15.1.  The majority of our members who have entered will be performing the workout on Saturday and the rest of you can also have a crack at it!!  We'll also have an alternative workout posted of course.

All our Saturday morning classes are available to get the workout done, you just need to make sure you've got someone to judge you.  If you can't make Saturday, same goes, just find someone to judge you and you can get it done any other time.
