How long have you been training as a member of Reebok CrossFit 09?
Long enough to know I love it not long enough to look like I go.
How did you end up walking through our doors for the first time? Was there a pivotal event that led you to us?
My lovely Fiancée Said that we really need to make an effort & the regular gym wasn’t really doing it for us & CrossFit 09 is 300m from home.
Can you remember your first CrossFit experience? What was it like and how did you feel? Excited? Nervous?
Nervous as!!! Add slow, well rounded and well impressed with the 530 crew smashing it as we arrived (Damn happy that I didn’t follow my desire to just turn & gap it)
Is there a piece of training equipment you can't live without?
My new shoes, trying to lift weights in runners was killing my ankles
What are you doing when you aren't training with us?
Working way too much.
What has been one of the biggest things in your life that has changed since starting with us?
I am getting more excited to get back into fitness properly.
Are you a barbell or kettle bell lover?
And what is you all time FAVOURITE movement?
Finger board (Editors note, for all of you climbers out there Jake very kindly leant us his hang board! Grip strength ninjas here we come!)
If you were told you had to do only one movement for 7mins straight.. for max reps.. what would you NOT like to see?
Sounds silly but any cardio!!

Soccer as a kid then competitive climbing
You are one of our RCF09 couples! How would you describe your new found training relationship?
Yes and I’m wrapped that Em & I are working out together Its so good to see her enjoying herself and that we are putting the effort to get fit & heathy together!
Is there a Reebok CrossFit 09 member who inspires you?
Everyone that I see at the gym, their drive to be there & give it 100% is truly inspiring.
Greatest exercise related accomplishment to date?
Ever has to be accomplishments when I was competitive climbing But Gym wise Just learning the proper movements & positions so that I build strength & not stuff myself.
