Always coaching..

A couple weeks back Krista and I worked out with some of our homies from the L1 Seminar Staff.   Not only was it a good chance to catch up with old friends, but hanging with other coaches, meant it was also a good chance to get some technique pointers.

Something us coaches miss out on if we aren't lucky enough to join classes on a regular basis is coaching for OURSELVES!!

After all, we are a coaching facility - it is the most valuable service we offer.  It is what differentiates us from most globo gyms, bootcamps, and group exercise programs.

It's often overlooked, undervalued and under-appreciated.

But having an expert pair of eyes on you during technical movement (particularly under fatigue), or for the learning of brand new movements is priceless.

Our coaches love to coach, make sure you take advantage of it by being OPEN to it!  Listen, learn, practice, repeat.
