WHAT YEAR DID YOU START CROSSFITTING? 2012

WHY DID YOU GET INTO FITNESS? I LOVE moving, it's actually quite rare to ever see me standing still :) and from that I naturally needed to burn off all my excess energy! I've been competitive in sports from a very young age and it's encompassed things like Equestrian and rock climbing to mountain biking and tree climbing!  My biggest issue is that I get bored VERY quickly.. until CrossFit came along!

WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A COACH? I LOVE to help people.  Little did I know that my 7 year background as medical radiation therapist would help me so much with my current role as a CrossFit coach.  I love to help people discover how much more awesome is hidden away inside and I love high fives!

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE CROSSFIT MOVEMENT? Snatch

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE 'OUTSIDE OF THE GYM WALLS' ACTIVITY? Current most favourite is Mountain biking and exploring trails with Baxter our 11 year old Boxer dog!

HOW DO YOU LIKE YOUR COFFEE? Double shot Espresso :)

WHAT YEAR DID YOU START CROSSFITTING? 2012

WHY DID YOU GET INTO FITNESS? Always been active and been apart of different sports all my life, gymnastics, dance, horseback riding and of course all the other school sports, so when I tried  CrossFit (recommended by my brother) it just stuck!

WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A COACH? I love helping people become the most fit they have ever become. Being a part of their journey to live long and healthy lives is an amazing feeling. When I started CrossFit my coaches help me become the best version of myself and I wanted to do that for others too.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE CROSSFIT MOVEMENT? Handstand walking

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE 'OUTSIDE OF THE GYM WALLS' ACTIVITY? I don't get to do it too often but it's Horseback riding :)

HOW DO YOU LIKE YOUR COFFEE? Flat white when ordering from cafe and from home with the perfect mixture of almond, coconut and oat milk

WHAT YEAR DID YOU START CROSSFITTING? 2014

WHY DID YOU GET INTO FITNESS? I’ve always been massively into competitive sport. I first got into CrossFit as conditioning for Netball, but then fell in love with it and made it my number 1 sport!

WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A COACH? I’ve always wanted to be an educator, I worked as a secondary teacher for three years prior to becoming a CrossFit Coach. I love working with people and find it so rewarding seeing people making positive change for their lives and their health.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE CROSSFIT MOVEMENT? Ring Muscle Ups! (Used to be my least favourite…)

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE 'OUTSIDE OF THE GYM WALLS' ACTIVITY? Sooo many! Probably surfing! I’m actually not very good, but just love everything about it! Mainly being in the ocean..

HOW DO YOU LIKE YOUR COFFEE? Dark and strong…. :)
