12th Day of Fitness


And.......it's here, that workout you love and dread all at the same time.  The workout that keeps on giving, round after round.

The 12 Days of Fitness!

Now, I remember last year, that I didn't mention the fact that this workout followed the same structure as the song 12 Days of Xmas.  There were so many people who were surprised when they showed up!!  I thought it was kind of obvious, but this time fair warning!! :)  Of course we have plenty of scaling options, so come down and give it a shot before you take a break.
